General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCs”) apply to any service reservation made with STUDIORAMA, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of €12,500, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 994 402 741 R.C.S. Paris, whose registered office is located at 17 rue d’Orsel, 75018 Paris, email: infos@studiorama.art, phone: +33 6 60 57 65 87, VAT number: FR 07994402741.
The GTCs are available at all times on Studiorama’s website and take precedence, unless otherwise expressly stipulated, over any other document.
Any reservation implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCs by the customer.
1. Purpose
Studiorama offers studio photo sessions in a staged setting, as well as, depending on the chosen packages, prints, digital files, options, and additional services.
The essential characteristics of each service, including its content, price, indicative duration, maximum number of participants, and, where applicable, the terms of delivery of images or products, are presented on Studiorama’s website prior to reservation.
2. Reservation
Reservations for a session can be made online or through any other means proposed by Studiorama.
A booking is only final after:
- Selection of the service;
- Choice of date and time slot;
- Validation of the order;
- Acceptance of these GTCs;
- Payment of the total price or the requested deposit;
- Receipt of a confirmation email from Studiorama.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the reservation.
The content of the confirmation email sent by Studiorama, as well as electronic records, booking logs, payment confirmations, and data recorded by Studiorama’s systems or its technical service providers, shall serve as proof between the parties regarding the reality and content of the order, unless proven otherwise.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, unless stated otherwise.
The applicable rates are those in effect on the date of reservation.
Payment is made using the methods proposed on the website. Unless otherwise indicated, the reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Studiorama reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in the event of a payment incident, suspected fraud, or inability to perform the service.
4. No Right of Withdrawal
The services offered by Studiorama constitute leisure activities provided at a specific date and time.
As a result, the customer is informed that they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance sales.
By validating their reservation, the customer explicitly acknowledges that the booked session is firm and final.
5. Cancellation, Postponement, Delay, No-Show
Any session reservation is firm, final, and non-refundable.
No cancellation by the customer will entitle them to a refund.
As a purely commercial gesture, Studiorama may accept a session postponement if the request is made at least 72 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. This possible postponement does not constitute an obligation for Studiorama.
In the event of a customer delay, the session duration may be reduced accordingly, without any price reduction or refund.
If the customer is more than 10 minutes late, Studiorama may consider the reservation as forfeited and refuse to provide the service, without refund.
If the customer fails to appear at the agreed date and time, the full service fee remains due.
If Studiorama is unable to fulfill the service due to its own constraints, the studio may, depending on the circumstances, offer a postponement, a credit, or a refund of the amounts paid for the unfulfilled service.
6. Session Duration and Number of Participants
The duration of each session is as indicated in the reserved offer. Unless stated otherwise, this duration is indicative and includes welcome time, preparation, setup, shooting, and, where applicable, selection.
The customer is informed that the smooth running of the session requires compliance with the maximum number of participants specified in the chosen offer.
If the number of people exceeds the limit for the reserved package, Studiorama may, at its discretion:
Or refuse to perform the service if safety, comfort, or quality conditions are no longer met.
Refuse the participation of additional persons;
Propose a tariff adjustment or a change of package if possible;
7. Session Proceedings
The customer undertakes to comply with the instructions given by Studiorama before and during the session.
Studiorama reserves the right to adapt the course of the service for artistic, technical, organizational, or safety reasons.
The customer acknowledges that the direction of the session, framing choices, lighting, staging, and visual processing fall within Studiorama’s artistic universe.
8. Artistic Appreciation – Satisfaction – Non-Conformity
The customer acknowledges having chosen Studiorama based on its universe, artistic direction, visual style, and way of directing photo shoots.
The assessment of the result of a photo session necessarily involves a degree of subjectivity, particularly regarding pose, expression, perceived photogenicity, image style, lighting atmosphere, or artistic interpretation of the scene.
Consequently, the customer’s personal or subjective dissatisfaction with their appearance, expression, pose, or the artistic rendering of the photographs cannot, in itself, constitute a non-conformity of the service or entitle them to a refund, a new session, or compensation.
However, this clause does not affect the customer’s rights in the event of proven defects, objective non-conformity, clear errors compared to the ordered service, or contractual breaches attributable to Studiorama.
9. Retouching
Unless otherwise stated in the reserved offer, Studiorama’s services include only standard adjustments, such as cropping, exposure, lighting, contrast, color balance, and, where applicable, minor corrections compatible with the studio’s style.
Any request for advanced, extensive, or specific retouching—particularly concerning body shape, silhouette, face, significant wrinkle removal, major aesthetic modifications, or any substantial transformation of the image—is not included in the base price.
Such requests may, if accepted by Studiorama, be subject to a quote, additional deadline, and supplementary invoicing.
10. Safety – Set – Props – Liability
The customer acknowledges that the service takes place in a staged setting, which includes props, furniture elements, lighting equipment, and photographic materials.
The customer undertakes to behave prudently and strictly comply with the safety instructions communicated by Studiorama.
Unless expressly authorized by the studio, the following are prohibited:
- Running inside the premises;
- Climbing on the set or any element not designed for this purpose;
- Hanging from any part of the set;
- Moving props, projectors, stands, or furniture;
- Handling technical equipment without authorization;
- Any dangerous, reckless, or inappropriate behavior.
Studiorama may interrupt or refuse the session if safety conditions are not met or if the customer’s, companion’s, or minor’s behavior poses a risk to people or property. In such cases, if the interruption is justified by a safety reason attributable to the customer or their entourage, no refund will be due.
Minors remain under the exclusive supervision and responsibility of their parents or adult companions throughout their presence on the premises.
Studiorama cannot be held liable for damages resulting from:
- Failure to comply with safety instructions;
- Abnormal or unauthorized use of the set, props, or equipment;
- Faulty, dangerous, or reckless behavior by the customer, their companions, or minors under their supervision.
The customer shall be liable for any material damage caused to the premises, sets, props, or studio equipment by themselves or by the persons for whom they are responsible.
This clause does not, however, exclude or limit Studiorama’s liability in the event of fault attributable to it or breach of its legal or contractual obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studiorama’s liability, if engaged, shall be limited to direct, certain, and foreseeable damages resulting from an established breach attributable to it.
Studiorama cannot be held liable for indirect or non-material damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, non-consequential moral damage, loss of earnings, or any other indirect damage.
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, particularly in consumer law, as well as in the event of bodily harm or gross negligence or willful misconduct, the total amount of damages that may be awarded against Studiorama for a given service shall not exceed the amount effectively paid by the customer for that service.
12. Companions and Minors
Unless otherwise indicated, only the persons specified during the reservation are admitted during the session.
Studiorama reserves the right to limit or refuse the presence of additional companions for reasons of space, comfort, organization, or safety.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
13. Delivery of Photographs and Products
The terms of delivery for photographs, prints, digital files, or additional products are specified in the chosen offer.
Any deadlines indicated on the website are for informational purposes only.
The customer is informed that slight variations in rendering may exist between the on-screen preview and the final print, particularly in terms of framing, density, contrast, or color balance.
In the event of postal delivery, Studiorama cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages attributable to the carrier.
Any complaint regarding a delivered product must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.
14. File Retention – Source Files
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Studiorama has no obligation to retain photographs, working files, or digital data related to a session indefinitely.
Selected images, delivery files, and elements useful for potential additional orders may be retained for a period of 12 months from the date of the session or, where applicable, the last related order.
After this period, Studiorama may delete all or part of the files without notice, and the customer shall have no recourse in this regard.
Raw files, source files, or RAW files are not provided to the customer, unless there is an express written agreement and a specific arrangement.
15. Use of Photographs by the Customer
The photographs provided to the customer are intended for private and personal use.
The customer is authorized to share them privately on their social media or personal online spaces, provided they do not alter them, infringe on Studiorama’s rights, and, where possible, credit or identify the studio.

This authorization, when granted, is separate from the service reservation and may be collected via a separate form.
17. Intellectual Property
Photographs taken by Studiorama are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.
Unless there is an express written assignment, Studiorama retains all intellectual property rights over its photographs, creations, staging, visual elements, texts, and content.
